I was just thinking the same thing! You missed the part that pertains to us cruisers:

I do not like them on a boat,
I would not, could not, with a goat!

I do not that gross old SPAM, I do not like it "Kevin I Am"!!

I would not, could not, in a box.
I could not, would not, with a fox.
I will not eat it with a mouse.
I will not eat it in a house.
i will not eat it here or there.
I will not eat it anywhere.
I would not, could not, in the rain.
Not in the dark. Not on a train.
Not in a car. Not in a tree.
I do not like it, Kevin, you see.
Not in a house. Not in a box.
Not with a mouse. Not with a fox.
I will not eat it here or there.
I do not like it anywhere!

(Hmm... maybe I read that book to my kids ONE too many times...)

I bet you did it by memory...you are a Freak :lmao:

I bet if they made it into a recipe and didn't tell you it was spam, you would never know....

My DH loves to tease me that I, who won't other things. love a grilled/fried SPAM and cheese sandwich. All 'cause of dear ol' Dad.

Too funny. We were just reminising the other day about kids' books. When KT was really young we used to skip every other page of Red Fish, Blue Fish, One Fish, Two Fish because it was SOOOOOOO blasted long. I remember the day KT picked it up by herself and started to "read" it after hearing it a million times. SHe was like "HEY, I've never seen THIS page.....or THIS page.....or THIS page!!!" :lmao: :lmao:

you remember the strangest stuff.....that part of my brain must be dead....

Since you are a man, more than likely so are the parts that remember birthdays, or phone numbers, or when your baby got it's first tooth, or how to put laundry IN the baskets..... :lmao:

Cool, a U TOP with Coachpug and men without most of their brains!!! :lmao:

A rare treat for us - we're going out to eat tonight. Our Church is holding a fund raiser at Sweet Tomatoes. They get 15% I think of the money spent. So we are heading over there for dinner.

We love sweet tomatoes, I keep telling DH that if we ate at home more we would have more cruising money but he just doesn't get it!!! :goodvibes :confused3

I'm not at my computer (with all of my regular links), but I use Colors by Design for a lot of the invites/announcements I make. They have a section for Jewish events: link. If you find anything and want help with the printing, let me know!

Thanks I will have a look at that.

Ditto on Sweet Tomatoes :thumbsup2 April is Pineapple Month at Sweet Tomatoes -- I must get there soon! :goodvibes

Hi all -- home early from work today. Had to pick Ashley up after school. I hate SPAM -- maybe because that was my nickname all growing up. Wish we had a Sweet Tomatoes here, but we do not.

Karen -- good luck with your daughter. We went through the same thing with my son when he was very little. All went well and now he is almost 16. Best thing we ever did because now, he is hardly never sick

That's exactly what I was thinking... my largest was 7 lb 6 oz, and that was bad enough!!!!!

I read online that she was 'fitted with a special pacifier to keep her from making noise'. THAT would be the day!!!!!! I would have showed him where he could stick it!!!

I think her showing him where he could stick it got her were she is now!!!! :lmao:

I'm going to TRY! Bruce & I have Palo ressies for Mon. night. I've been talking about it a lot. From what I understand from others, Ashley will at least be in the same big room with Emily although not in the same group. Both girls are really shy even though they've been both in a day care environment since they were 12 weeks old ... but that's their comfort zone. We RARELY do anything without them so neither is used to a sitter. We'll just play it by and see how it goes. If she hates it, we won't make her stay ... other than for us to have dinner at Palo.

Are you on early or late dining? We're early.

Ang

I'm sure your girls will be fine and if not she can stay with us while you have dinner at Palo's.

Last year on Carnival Glory spring break a father was dropping off his son who was crying he didn't want to go to camp and the dad said ' you can stay here and have fun or a sitter is coming to the room - those are your choices as Mom and I need some time' he happily went to camp and we laughed when the dad left and off the son went and had a blast, what an act it was!!!! They definately know how to turn it on for us!!!

Yeah, 9 lbs. 9 oz. which explains why she labored for a long time and then had a C-section. She's a pretty tiny girl to begin with!!

Inquiring minds also want to know if he ate the placenta (with a side of fava beans and a nice Chianti) :lmao:

Yucky!!! Talk is so cheap I bet he did not!!!!
