Did I miss something in the itineraries? Is Disney not going back to Europe in spring of 2027?

Ok! I was asking because this year‘s spring transatlantic starts in early May so the guess is that they will go later in May? There are cruises that they are showing from May 29 to June 5, 2027. That’s why I was skeptical.

The Dream has cruises through early June 2027, but the Wish has no cruises announced after April 25, 2027. The Wish will be 5 years old in 2027, so there is speculation that it will be sent to Europe for a dry dock and will do the Med/Northern Europe cruises that year.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Most likely the Wish will be the ship going to Europe. That’s why they didn’t release any of those cruises yet. They will be in the summer resale.

This is also a normal pattern for DCL. They will release itineraries into early summer as part of the spring release, but the eastbound transatlantic is part of the summer release of itineraries. So it's pretty easy to figure out during the spring release which still will be doing the EBTA, because it doesn't have any itineraries listed for about a month or so (as PP pointed out, that's gonna be the Wish in 2027, which tracks with her age and needing a dry dock at 5 years).

Ugh. Just a personal preference but I would NEVER book one of the newest (Wish) class ships for the transatlantic. The adult pool space is too subpar for that many sea days.
Just swim in the family pool areas. There arent many kids on the transatlantic.

Ps. Im not sure the bobbing in the water adults do on cruises is called swimming. And it usually lasts for 5 minutes. Not really something to make or break a cruise.

Hmmm. I don't recall saying this makes or breaks the cruise. Everyone has their own opinion on what they want from DCL. Like I said---personal preference. I've cruised with my 4 children. We're now empty nesters and prefer to not be in the pool area with little ones. But hey, thanks for outlining for me the definition of swimming in an adult pool space. I didn't mention swimming though. If I'm going to be at sea that many days, I would like an adequate adults only area with a nicer sized pool and shade (for relaxing, "bobbing" or whatever pool-like activities I choose 🤣)

People often hang out at the jacuzzi with just their feet in the water, especially on longer cruises with many sea days. Which annoys me because they take up space for people who actually want to use the jacuzzi how it’s meant. But so I am not surprised they made smaller pools/puddles on the Wish class ships.

I’ve had to change the trip I’ve planned for years for my day because there is NO way I’m doing a transatlantic on the Wish. Back to the drawing board…….maybe a Turkey/Greece cruise on another line. Sigh.
