Can you ask for more free advice please --- Measles - is this booster really needed? We are not sure I have had 2 types of measles......???????

I faxed my DCL health form to my doctor's office today and asked them about going to Costa Maya. They reviewed the CDC website today and recommended that we all get HEP A and HEP B immunizations. DH and DS have had the HEP B, but I'll need them both, now. There wasn't any concern about malaria. Now I have to find out if our health department has the HEP A vaccine and get started. The HEP B is $32 per shot, and it's a series of 3.

A series of 3 shots I'm heading for that 5 inch space in Mike's office to hide....

OK, bring on summer!

I just spent the last hour and some swapping out my winter clothes for the summer ones. (Now watch us get another cold snap...) Felt so good to put away all those sweaters and bring out the shorts. Of course, I'm in no mood to actually put ON the shorts (must... work... out... more...), but I feel one step closer to packing for the trip!

The HEP B is first one, second one 1 month later, third one 3 months later. The HEP A is first one, then second one 6 months later. Dr. wasn't concerned that we'd only have 1/2 the HEP A done. We wouldn't bother, except that we're going to do the tour with Ivan and David with the lunch at the Mayan village after. If we were on a DCL tour we wouldn't worry, either. But better safe than sorry. And we do want that Mayan Experience.

We are on the same tour, are we concerned about Ivan or David?

HEP A sounds ok - HEP B sounds very unlikely.....(and 3 shots - icky!)

That's a bummer, but a good thing too. At least the credit card company is looking out for you. Maybe.......

All fixed now - trip all set....Good thing I ried to use the card again because I was able to call the airline and retrieve the ressie....'esp. since I will not be back in the office for a few days and this is where the confirmation is sent...

The Company said I had to call them each time I left town...I gave them my schedule for the week - they were not happy......my Disney Visa blocked payment on V/A's - but allowed payment on Chef's Table - and we were staying at AKL -- I am all for fraud protection but I would wish they would get a computer program that was a little more savvy - one that could figure out - oh, they are at AKL - they ate last night at the Contemporary, they are eating tonight at V/A.....

Guess I need to eat at V/A more often so it is in my "pattern".....
