Good morning all. It's supposed to be a beautiful weekend here in GA. Hope it is the same for all of you.

I'll say it again ... way to go Lisa! That's really impressive.

OHMinnie, does Mike need CUPCAKE on his plate? Or is it the other way around? I can't remember. Our neighbor's have a Mini Cooper so it say MINIME and there hummer says HMMMM. I refuse to pay for a vanity plate & could never be creative enough.

Sort of a boring night for us. We didn't go out to dinner last night. Broke the Fri. night ritual. The girls weren't happy that we were eating in. Guess we'll go out tonight.

Need to get to cleaning.

You don't see many vanity plates in Houston My dream Beetle was a red convertible. Add "LADY" license plates and I would have been all set...

Now, my dream beetle is one who can make it in between oil changes without a trip to the dealer.

I was just looking at my "Join Date". Four years. Wow. I wonder how rich I'd be if I had a nickel for every minute I've spent on the DIS in the last four years. Or a dollar for every time I got "the look".



I think the little dog is a bit peeved with me for being gone so much lately. Not to mention he hates it when it storms. He decided to not "go" outside. Cleaning up...back in a minute.

Thanks for the pd and prayers. I did do as well as Mrs.Irene posted. I am currently 4 in the state. I have to wait for a call from my coach tommorrow to see if I made it or not. I'm 4 out of 102 that get to go to regionals. Out of 250 people who quilified for state. Hope I make it tommorow to the team. Cross your fingers till then. Tell you if I made it or not. Well I'm going to go to bed. I'm very tired from sitting in the car for about 3 hours. Good thing we could stop to go to the restroom otherwise I would be complaining all the way home like I did to my mom on the way down to Fort Lauderdale. I'm kinda sad though because this will be my last meet with this coach again. Well I've been with her 8 years so yeah it's going to be sad when I leave( I'm still trying to convice my mom it is not want I want.) But she won't listen she makes up her and it is done and over with. No argument about that subject again.Well I'm done for the night or morning whatever it is.

Secondly...WHAT A KID.....she bounces, tumbles, flies, soars all day and she's tired "because of the long car ride home!!!!!!!!!!!!" WOW.

Irene told us about them at dinner so that was the first thing Lisa checked when she walked in the house.

Yesterday was Lisa's day. Today is Matt's. He has another testing for his 3rd degree black belt. Today is board breaking which is always the hardest one. Wonder what I'll need to get him if he does well? Port?

Way to train up Lisa.....first thing she does when she gets home is check the DIS!!!!

Awwww.....CUPCAKE is not available.
I thought vanity plates were $50 a year. They are "only" $35. Not as bad as I thought.

I can answer the first part of this question.

Lisa is going to regionals in Huntsville. What she is waiting to find out is if she is in the top 8 girls and makes the Florida Team. There are still girls competing today that can qualify.

There was another group that competed last night after she did. Based on their scores she is now #6. It is going to be very close.
