And it might even be me. pirate:

Tonight we had my parents over for dinner. They just sold their house in Florida so this is their last weekend before heading back to the great cold north.

It sure was a great night to have a Low Country Boil on the pool deck.

Won't they be coming back next fall?? Or are they buying a new one?

Mike - we didn't have a fish extender on the Member Cruise but bought one after from Mrs.Lips on ebay. If she doesn't have one up for sale e-mail her. She was happy to put one up for me. Ours is lime green. The popularity with them started on the May repo cruise.

She has at least one...
for those that dont' know what they are, here one is:

We don't have one. I asked Mike if he wanted one and he looked at me and said "WHY?" :lmao: :lmao:

I'm not sure. Do you just play the "matching" type game with the chinese tiles? If so, then no. Our game is like playing cards. It's the game the ladies played in Joy Luck Club.

Aw shucks. I was hoping it was the same game. I love card games though. Let me think about it...

:confused3 My DH and I were wondering if anyone else on the cruise would be interested in playing some Mah Jong. We could bring our set. We play with the Wright-Patterson rules.

Uh, I play the Disney Mahjongg version on the computer. Is it anything like that??

Mary, up for some Left-Center-Right this cruise? Bring your nickles....or should we up the ante to quarters???

You are very welcome. All part of just trying to help make the cruise special. We have found that the friendships we've made from these cruises have more than repaid us for doing these small things.

Plus it isn't just us. You did a lot of work on the shirts, Pam on the bags, Sue & Stacey with the dining, Monica & Maggie organizing Scoopie. It is all part of the community known as the Double Scoop Group!
Yes, but most of us are just mooching off the hardwork of the few. Me being one of those big moochers. I've ordered bags, ordered t-shirts, linked dining, asked for buttons and the mini-navigator.

Now, I would like to watch the Wonder sail out on Thursday. Maybe I can try to organize a little meet on Ron Jon's beach where we can wave them off to sea. Any takers?

OH MY GOODNESS...I just pirate: the top of page 2100

OK, Karen we need to get our DHs together. They both sound exactly alike. My DH is so afraid that I am just going to get soooo wrapped up with DISers on the cruise. "Don't forget it's a FAMILY cruise" he said to me. We're very opposite as you can see. I love meeting new people and he would just assume to be by ourselves.

What is "left-center-right"? Is it a way to gamble on DCL?

YEAH - a top with Mark, Karen, Grills, and anyone who is going to JB's :lmao:

We're planning JB's for dinner and Grills for breakfast!!! We're always up for good fresh seafood!

I liked playing that! I think we were doing dimes. I'll stock up. :)

Maybe we could have a DIS game time.

Hmmm...nope. Haven't played that one. We, more than likely, will bring Rummikub and Wizard (and left-center-right) Anyone interested in those?

Wizard is very "euchre-ish" on you you have to predict how many tricks you'll win each hand.

Hey, I know THAT game. I'll bring my dice. That's a good game if it rains. Not saying that it will or anything....count me in....

Ah, thanks. You reminded me. I need to contact Amy about those things she passed out on the member cruise. Since she has decided not to sail with us, maybe I can steal her idea....

:) :) :)

I've always wanted to learn how to play the real game not just the matching on the computer. Would you have the patience for a teaching session? (John gave up trying to teach me how to play euchre...)

We love Rummikub. It's a great family game.

hmm - don't know might be a bit too rich for me - the kids and I will occasionally play for pennies or m&m's.

I think I'm going to sign off guys. I'm pretty beat tonight. Talk to y'all tomorrow. Everyone have a great night....who knows, I may be night walking later. I hope not. I hope when I open my eyes the sun will be up.

Nite nite everyone...
