Mark - We also did the stingray swim in Grand Cayman. We all thought it was an experience of a lifetime.

I really want to go to Discovery Cove ... I know that we get some sort of employee discount, but I've never called to see what it is, because once I find out I KNOW I'll want to go. Elizabeth wants to go too... we've already got Busch Gardens planned for her b-day in Feb, so maybe next year for her 13th b-day... that would be pretty special. The new park might be done by then, as well.

Friday's are supposed to be the easiest day of the week... not today.. I've got so much to do at work, and a presentation to finish for a 2 PM meeting... tonight, I've got the middle schoolers from our church youth group for 'Movie Night' at our house (the parents take turns).... so its a few hours of junk food and 'tweenagers... the dog and the little brother are going to be going crazy.

Everyone that I have talked to about Discovery Cove just rave about it. People have loved it, even those not doing the dolphin swim. It's on our list for some day, but it has to be a really warm and nice day.

Good luck with the middle schoolers. I'm thinking Stonewoods tonight since Lisa has gym and Matt is going to a basketball game.

I booked a stingray snorkel the one time we were at Grand Cayman, but it was cancelled due to stormy conditions. I wonder if the new one at Castaway Cay compares. Will have to see if I can find some reports if they're already doing it.

Everyone that I have talked to about Discovery Cove just rave about it. People have loved it, even those not doing the dolphin swim. It's on our list for some day, but it has to be a really warm and nice day.

We did it a few years ago and absolutely loved it. It was fun swimming with the Dolphins, even better snorkeling around the reef/pool with the fish and the rays....

I witnessed a big event this morning.

Lisa was doing her laundry.

We announced on New Year's that the free laundry service ended. Everyone has to now do their own.

Last night Lisa was really proud because she had only a little laundry to be done. It's amazing how the volume has dropped since the kids have to do their own.

Of course, we did make the rule that if they start stinking we can make them do their laundy, but otherwise it's up to them to do their own.

Another reason for Stonewood's because Sharon is not doing laundry tonight!!!

Jordan started doing her own laundry a while back, without us telling her to. She didn't like my schedule! But I really don't think Jared cares, and I'll be darned if I'm doing a "smell test" on him!!

Yeah, I'm here this morning. Have a little tummy upset and am hoping for it to go away before I go to the office. Stupid Bad Donkey!


Mary.....we ASKED for those tables last year at dinner! Not too big a coincidence. A little bird had told me that they were in a nice, quiet location near the windows, and had enough large tables to accommodate. The late diners are going to shoot for that area again.

Pam.....even though I have so many bags that I may have to hold a garage sale....I want one of those!!

Now if only you could find a way to make your washing machine a coin-op, you could subsidize those Stonewood's visits.

Still have GC's from Stonewood's... I've got to take my parents there before they leave... at least to thank them for doing MY laundry for 3 months. (It's funny... I come home from work, and my clean laundry is stacked on my bed... she didn't even do that when I was 10...) Then again, with the weather in CT, they won't be going home anytime soon!!!!

Looking forward to Bonefish opening soon... I've always gotten a good meal there elsewhere- now there will be one close to home.

Our timeshare, Marriott Grande Vista, is right around the corner from Discovery Cove. Maybe I should look into that for the Friday before our cruise. Since it doesn't look like the ports we're stopping in will be able to have this service.

Anybody else interested for that Friday? Let me know.
