I know you wouldn't... it's just Jim being that stick pokey guy again...

I am too... I think the only reason that I've been able to is because I can come HERE and 'talk' about it all I want. Ray doesn't want to hear anything about it yet either... so its easy for him to keep it quiet. He won't get excited about it til after Bike Week, when his headaches are over for a little while.scuba.mom said:I am amazed you have been able to keep it a secret this long.
scuba.mom said:I hope their reaction lives up to your expectations. Lisa's did not a few years ago when we did this. I wrapped a large box with a giant Minnie, Lanyards, Mugs, Navigators, and a sign that said "Come Visit Me". She opened it up and had a blank look on her face - "What???" We had to explain to her that we were going on a cruise that day and that I had packed her and we were leaving very soon. I stopped trying to surprise her after that reaction.
I am prepared for them NOT to be very excited... as much as they REALLLLLY want to go, its still a long way off, and isn't something that they can do anything with on Christmas morning.
I had shirts made through Disney Direct that say "Going on the Disney Cruise Line. May 27, 2006". They were SUPPOSED to say, "We're going on a Disney Cruise on May 27, 2006", but they wouldn't let me do that legally, then changed the wording without telling me the final outcome, and shipped them anyway. I don't have the time and energy to replace them now, so, I'm living with them the way they are. (But I'm NOT happy about it!!)
Irene sent me DCL luggage tags (thanks again Irene!), and I am wrapping up a 152-link paper chain (they always counted down the days til Christmas that way when they were little.) in a bog box, with a note that says... ummm... I don't know yet... maybe I'll just let the shirts speak for themselves.
