I must add my thanks to all the laughs from last night... though I ended up having to bail after a series of awful phone calls. The week started off terrible with Ray's former boss, mentor, and close friend passing away at 42... Ray is headed to NH for the funeral tomorrow, and is devastated. Yesterday got worse, when one of my employees was in a horrendous motorcycle accident on his way home from work. While DIS'ing to keep my mind busy last night (you guys were doing a great job at keeping me occupied), we started getting details from the surgeon... and its not good. Prayers, pixie dust, and a miracle are all that can help now. He has a 3 yr old and a 7 wk old baby...

So here I am, in the office, with no desire to work, so I'm trying to catch up where I left off last night... please keep being crazy... I need it today- thanks.

Only if he RSVP's ASAP so that someone can make an ADR or a PS or whatever the alphabet soup of the day is for it. Watch out, or he might try to slip you an IOU for the check.

Kiki - Prayers go out to Mike and Matt. 42 is waaayyyy to young. What happened? I'm 41 and DH is 44. Too close for comfort. My thoughts and prayers to both families and co-workers.

Lots to read through. I was just reading at 5:00 this morning and from 5 until 11am there were 4 pages. Doesn't any of us sleep?

Happy Hump Day to everyone!!! The tapers are coming to sand the 3rd coat and then I'm off to cleaning and prepping for the painter. Vacuuming every little spot. Wish me luck.

Thanks again, and keep them coming... we just received a phone call with a tiny little glimmer of positiveness to it... definitely not time to count our chickens yet, however, its better than the call we've been silently expecting.

My prayers are definitely going out to you and Ray and the families involved. I can't imagine being left alone to raise 2 small children and not having my children know their daddy. I hope that your co-worker finds the strength to pull through.

Hi Ang - thanks for the compliment. That was our second day at Castaway Cay on the last Member Cruise. I guess everyone else just wasn't in a rush to get off. We got off right away and headed over to the family beach.
