Awww, I thought *I* was your inspiration..... ;)

Again, early for Friday Carry-oh-key....

a little Chicago....

You know our love was meant to be
The kind of love to last forever
And I want you here with me
>From tonight until the end of time
You should know
Everywhere I go
Always on my mind
In my heart
In my soul
Baby

You're the meaning in my life
You're the inspiration
You bring feeling to my life
You're the inspiration
Wanna have you near me
I wanna have you hear me saying
"No one needs you more than I need you"

And I know (And I know)
Yes I know that it's plain to see
So in love when we're together
Now I know (Now I know)
That I need you here with me
>From tonight until the end of time
You should know (Yes, you need to know )
Everywhere I go
You're always on my mind
You're in my heart
In my soul

Photo gallery update

Finally got around to doing some updates to the web page.

We got info from the First Timers and also a picture and info from Fran (Tchrmom) and her family. Last, but not least, I have a photo Jim sent me of the Scuba family's visit with Sue up in Baltimore.

Stop by and check it all out.

So, where's Jim? Is he in the cannon?

Proud Mom moment! I think I mentioned that Alicia is taking Chemistry this year, as a 9th grader (schedule thing). They have their first Mastery test Friday, on the chemical symbols. The teacher has it set up so that they can take the weekly "mastery tests" up to 6 times I think, until they pass. Alicia made flashcards, and out of about 100 symbols, she now knows 90. She's working on the other 10. I think she'll pass!

So, try saying "molybdenum" three times fast!

Can't stand it can you??? :rotfl2:

See takes after you, of course!!

Just so we're not totally fluff, according to www.idiomsite.com the saying is "dead as a doornail"

Dead as a door nail is to be dead with no chance of recovery. Nails used to be costly hand tooled. For example, an aged cabin or barn that was torn down would have the nails salvaged so they can be reused in later construction. When building a door however, carpenters often drove the nail through then bent it over the other end so it couldn't work its way out during the repeated opening and closing of the door. When it came time to salvage the building, these door nails were considered useless, or "dead" because of the way the nail was bent.

No thanks! I took my one year of biology and got out fast!!! I remember my lab partner and I using an entire bottle of "Loves Baby Soft" to make the formaldhyde smell during the semester of disection...My mother's hopes for me joining the medical profession were quickly dashed...

So, way to go :cheer2:

I forgot to look. I'll have to go back and see the picture of the Scubas with their clothes on!

:rotfl2: Reminds me of our wedding reception when I introduced my best male friend who ushered at our wedding, with the words "I had to see what he looks like with his clothes on..." John and my half of the guest list were roaring with laughter because they knew we worked together as lifeguards throughout h.s. and college - well, the other half of the guest list didn't quite know what to think... :earseek:
