Thanks guys, at present I do not need to worry about doubles, or a light.....and still trying to adjust the tank so I do not keep hitting my head....The tank is too long for the body. I tried stretching to gow taller, but have given up on that. DH does NOT have these problems.

Oh and he now ordering books about diving in the Virgin Islands..... :teeth:

Use a smaller tank. Use a 72 instead is of the standard 80.

Of course, Kevin already answered and we both agree. Get a smaller tank. I think if Little Lisa dives she should be able to use a pony bottle (the really small one)

Her ankle is sore so I gave her some tylenol and put her on the bus.

Sue

That sounds like something I would do.....if there is no blood you must not be hurt that bad! :rotfl:

Nope - they are not at Audible for some reason - but they are at the iTunes music store..... You can even get a nifty iPod engraved with the Hogwarts emblem filled with all of the books....

Virgil
pirate: TFD

I'm starting to look at Audible. If it's passed the Virgil test, it's good enough for me. :cool1:

Time to get ready for Amazing Race, Family Style. We have a local family in it this year. It should be interesting.

Not a nice person, Amanda. Put them on "ignore", because they're ignorant. I hate it when people talk like that, especially around kids.

OM, we have GOF on CD, and OOP on cassette. Harry gets a little angrier in each (he does have a rough life, you know), but gets better by the latest book. Be warned, there's a death in each book from here on. If you get GOF, you should be done by the time the new movie comes out in November! PM your address, and I'll send it to you.

I forgot about Amazing Race! I do want to check out "My Name is Earl", which is on opposite. Hey, why didn't the Scuba family try out for Amazing Race? I can see you guys doing that!

I've never watched Amazing Race, but wanted to this season... until I found out it was up against Commander In Chief... good show so far, but I've already caught an error in the script... she did not say her middle name in the oath of office, even though the chief justice read it that way... things like that drive me batty in movies and on TV (perfectionism is a terrible disease...)

This thread should not have just been moved, it should have been removed.

It's nice to know that there are so many perfect people here. So perfect that they have nothing of their own to worry about, nothing that they could do to better themselves....so much time that they can take pictures of unsuspecting others and laugh about them at their dinner parties!

Gosh, I wish I were as perfect as all of you!

Congratulations to those of you who had the courage (braving the flames) to tell these clowns that they have no class!

I'm out of practice...this was the best I could do!

Very nice and restrained, LISA - Much better way to get the point across than what I felt like saying...

LISA is learning...... Too bad the new improved LISA isn't as much fun as the old one!;)

Thank goodness the Mods were paying attention....that evil thread has been removed!

So that's a kids' review. For what it's worth.

THANKS! That's helpful. I know they've been looking at these Nintendogs games. Of course, the REAL dog didn't work out so well. :) I'd have saved a TON of money if we had just gotten two Nintendo DS's and two Nintendogs games! :)

I did know that they would play the gameboy games, but I figured only using one of the screens. Do they only play the gameboy ADVANCED games? They don't go back as far as the original gameboy games, right? Hmmmm...

So it really has nothing to do with the team's talent? :confused3

Nope. It was all because of me. It's a guilt I'll have to live with.

Of course, the year they won the National Championship.....that was b/c of me too!!

It has passed the Virgil test!! Mike has had it for YEARS (before we ever met Virgil) KT has her own account now. Mike let me have one of his book choices and I picked "Life of Pi"....I listened to it on the plane to FL....while the kids were in the pool, and yes, while I was holding everyone's fanny packs while they rode the BIG scary rides. Gave me something to do besides shop and spend money!! :)

Thanks, Diana. Someone who will not be named has offered to send me some copies of the books. I think we'll still go ahead and read it outloud (I can't believe I'm saying that after reading today for approximately 6 hours total!!!) Something about reading to the kids.... :) But the audiobooks will surely bring a whole new dimension to them.

So, the kids begged, looked at me with puppy dog eyes, so I finished POA. THEN, when the time on the clocks definitely said "bedtime" we sat down and watched the movie!!! That just finished up and they are now tucked in bed. I must say, we were a bit disappointed with the movie. Having JUST read the book, everything was VERY fresh in our minds and the movie just didn't even compare.
