Nick didn't make it either. Wish I would have thought to bring a pillow for him to lay up against. But at least I did make the kids go to the Walt Disney theater in their PJ's! :)

Mine wasn't that I was tired. I think it was the 8:30 show we went to. My feet were bothering me from all the waking around and I just wasn't very comfortable. So Mark stayed with our friends and I went back to the room and stretched out. When he came back after the movie we went up on deck to watch the fireworks.

Kevin, great news on having your fish pictures used. Monica, I was glad that you got out early, especially after watching the gridlock on the news yesterday. I haven't turned on the news today, yet. It's a full day of housecleaning and laundry

(this kind) for me today. We'll be going to St. Louis for the weekend. I can't wait to see the production of 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat' on Sunday. Patrick Cassidy is no Donny Osmond, but I bet he'll do a terrific job.

Actually I LOVE getting up in the morning. It is my favorite time of day. Got to watch the sun come up twice on the Member Cruise and it was awesome!
I have to admit that I'm a morning person, also. I get up with DH around 5:45 each morning and fix his breakfast before he's off to work. Of course, we're usually asleep by 9:30 each night, too. We have some beautiful views of the sunrise from our country home.

Now that I am caught up I can go to work.

no, no, no... you've got it all wrong... catching up on the DIS is the first thing to do when you GET to work.

Actually, I shouldn't be catching up at all this morning... our HUGE benefit for Matt's family is on Sunday, and today is our final day of preparations... we're expecting 2000 people (almost all on motorcycles) for the poker run, which will begin and end at our building. Right now, I'm in a 'holding pattern' waiting for the 50x100 tent to arrive, the stage, the restroom trailer, and 200 traffic cones... so I figured I'd DIS for a few minutes to pass the time and stop pacing and thinking of more things I need to do.

Kikipug, you've got it right. Sir Scuba is wrong.

huge laundry weekend for me---and mike convinced me to go to the iowa game....doesn't he know that will take an 8 hour chunk out of my laundry time?

Movies on Board - ok, I will add this to the list of things I want to do when cruising......We found out that a 4 day was not sufficient todo everything, I will see about our November 7 day. We shall see.... :earsgirl:

Maybe we'll have a new movie to watch. Don't they usually release a lot of summer movies on Memorial weekend?

Go to the game ... leave the laundry!!! Oh ... I forgot about your water thingy ... what's that called again? I did 2 loads of laundry last night. Mainly because I didn't know that each Fri. is spirit day at school and Emily already wore her t-shirt earlier in the week.

The LSU/Tenn game got pushed to Mon. night. DH is not too happy about that. But, at least it'll be on 15 minutes earlier. That means that I'll be able to stay awake to watch 15 minutes more than I would if it aired on Sat.

I thought the Cuvee WAS the Fairy Tale Cuvee. Am I mistaken?

Me too.....:confused3

Oops, I see it was corrected. I can still keep the confused smilie...I'm always a little lost.

I hate getting up in the mornings at home (so I don't!) but we do get up early on our trips and cruises. There is something so wonderful about the sunrises on the ocean.
And we love watching the ship pull in to port. Ahhhhhhhhh.........

Now, if I could just learn to take pictures like Kevin!

Jay and I have our softball games tonight (he plays, I only play when they are short on girls and I am forced to) but I was thinking how fun it would be to take a bottle of Banfi and some chocolates. No one could share, since they have to play! LOL (evil, I know):smooth: :maleficen

It's that load demand meter. Makes doing it during the week difficult.

And we had a little dirtly laundry left from vacation....and I didn't do any last weekend....so I've got heaps of it.

But who needs clean underwear??? ;)

Actually, this guy is much more suited to my above post!!
