(But my brain is a treasure trove of totally useless information, such as our cabin # on our first cruise when I was 7, the price I paid for my first gallon of gas, just about every commercial jingle ever written, etc...)

Ok...I'm going to wring Jullianne's neck....
I've been emailing her about the scrapbooking project for the girls in MY cabin...did you see that big "MY cabin" in there? Well, she responded to me and cc: everyone else in camp....just wanted to let everyone know that prayers are in order, that we're getting close to camp time, that some people are exhibiting whacky behavior and that we need to keep Satan away with feverent prayer. (she may have been referring to me as "whacky" but didn't explicitly mention my name.)

Anyway....she responded to me and cc everyone else but included ALL of the conversations we've been having about doing scrapbooking for MY cabin...get that MY cabin!?!?!?!?

So now ppl are emailing me (and Jullianne) saying what a wonderful idea that is, and they'd love to help, and can they pick up some supplies, and their girls will love it! So do I call Jullianne and VERIFY how many girls? I SURELY don't want to get to camp with enough for MY girls and find out everyone else is coming too. Maybe I can stop being a cabin counsellor and just be "the scrapbooking lady." Does the "scrapbooking lady" get a nicer room? Private shower? A/C? Better food? (sigh)

Uh...Mary...you might want to refer to what I posted for KikiKaren....

Everytime I mention something referring to vision around here he gets rather testy.

He doesn't like it when I say "hey, keep your eyes open for...xyz" or "did you happen to see where my sunglasses are?" or "ok, see you later."

Something about having glaucoma and eye surgery and all that. Heck, Nick has him blind already and parking in handicapped spots!

I'll try my best to pop in and out more often, but I probably won't be able to keep up with EVERY page. Work is busy and I am currently working on yet another novel, which takes up a whole bunch of time.

OM: just teasing about the whacky behavior... sounds like you need to take more supplies! KT is behaving herself... i think... no peeps from the phone room. And as soon as this rapid strep is done cooking, I AM OUT OF HERE!
