Regionals are in Mississippi which is the next trip.

At that meet they try to qualify for Nationals which is in Kissimmiee on the same weekend as Muddy Buddy.

Hi all! Remember me? I had a few very busy weeks at work. The dust has finally settled. But, my afternoons are crazy. The girls are in swimming, soccer & gymnastics.

Happy belated birthday wishes to Stacey, Mark & Mary. Did I miss anyone else?

Congrats to Lisa & her friend on the gymnastics meet. Impressive!

Kiki, did the crawfish & shrimp in the pirogue have to be refilled at the party? That wouldn't have gone very far with locals. We're hoping to have a crawfish boil this weekend - 40-50 lbs. for 6-8 adults. YUM! I hope the weather holds out so we can hang outside rather than in the house.

Final 4 - we have friends that go every year and are coming to ATL this weekend. My parents are coming in town Fri. for the week (spring break & Easter). So Bruce & I will be able to have an adult-only night out ... YEAH!

Hi all - just wanted to update everyone.... My mom died today during emergency surgery. (for the clinical minded - she developed a colonic perforation - and became septic. They finished the surgery and she bradyed down.) I made it to Weirton - and they let me into the OR to be with her.

I hate posting such news - but I wanted my friends to know.....

The funny thing is was that whole buffet setup (there were 4 different ones) was off in a dark corner (well... if the floor of the superdome has a 'corner')... so I think there was plenty.

The Regional Meet is in Mississippi in April. They take the top girls from that meet for the National Meet (held in Kissimmee, FL) in May. If the girls score as well at the Regional Meet as they did the State Meet, it is likely they would get to go. They need lots of prayers and pixie dust around April 20 (My Birthday!!!). I will post when we know exactly when they will go. (We should know by the end of this week or early next week).

I did hear that diving was a bust and the boys found something else to do (hee hee). But the story I heard was that Jim suggested skipping!!!!
