ohiominnie said:I had no idea who Matthew Fox was. After seeing Diana's original post about it, I *assumed* that he was the young stud brother to the pedicure girl (Boone, I think his name is.) But I just googled Matthew Fox and it's the doctor. Hmmmm...
kikipug said:Hey Scuba... I just heard that VIP has had a bordadella (sp?) outbreak this past week that they are *denying*... my neighbors dog just spent 2 days at the vet (after their 5 day cruise)... the vet guessed where the dog had been before they even told him... eek... is Molly staying there while you're in AK? Hopefully they're germ free by then!

CajunGirl2 said:We can have dueling keyboards then! Everyone at work is amazed at how fast I type and don't have to look at the keyboard. I took typing in high school then worked as a secretary at my uncle's architecture firm in college. My high school typing teacher "hated" our class. It was a class full of band students. He said that they always typed the fastest so we all had lots of free time, which got us in to trouble.
Good luck with your surgery.![]()

ohiominnie said:I also took typing in high school. I can't imagine having to look at the keyboard to type. I worked as an assistant to the assistant to the head librarian in college (work-equity) so typed a lot there. Now I type fast, but make more mistakes. I try to type as fast as I can think, but that doesn't work. At least I can hit the backspace key without looking!![]()

ohiominnie said:Btw, Shelley, good luck with your surgery!!
I always ask my surgeons and anesthesiologists (sp?) one question before they start my surgery "did you get a good night's sleep last night?"
My dad always asks them his question....he says "how was the party last night?" if they say "what party?" he says "good, that's the answer I wanted to hear!"![]()

scuba diver said:Thanks for the update. I had not heard of this. Yes, Molly and Mickey were planning on staying there.
I may call our Vet to see if she heard of anything happening there.
kikipug said:They do... but supposedly its like a flu shot... there are resistant strains...
We are really careful with our dog, as Greyhounds are very susceptible to it because of their increased lung capacity... since she retired, she has only been kennelled twice in the 5 years that we've had her.

Irene!! And anyone else interested in the Food & Wine trip: I was talking about November 2007, not 2006. I can't go in November after going on the cruise in September. Now, if someone else wants to arrange a get-together for this November, please feel free! But you'd better book rooms quick!
Dancind said:Just wait. He gets darker, and broodier, and his voice gets lower as the series goes along. I haven't figured out that last one yet, do you think they do polls? "What do you think of Matthew Fox's voice?"
