Mark and Mary, thought of you today too....

we passed a new restaurant in Columbus.....Bonefish Grill!! I told Mike I thought that was where you had your "pre-cruise dinner" and got creme brulee. Unfortunately, we were on our way to Dave & Busters and couldn't talk the kids out of going there.

Pam, Dave and Busters has an AWESOME fondue----much like the one the Garden Grill USED to have. Do you have D&B in your area?

We can have dueling keyboards then! Everyone at work is amazed at how fast I type and don't have to look at the keyboard. I took typing in high school then worked as a secretary at my uncle's architecture firm in college. My high school typing teacher "hated" our class. It was a class full of band students. He said that they always typed the fastest so we all had lots of free time, which got us in to trouble.

Good luck with your surgery. :wizard:

Ang

I also took typing in high school. I can't imagine having to look at the keyboard to type. I worked as an assistant to the assistant to the head librarian in college (work-equity) so typed a lot there. Now I type fast, but make more mistakes. I try to type as fast as I can think, but that doesn't work. At least I can hit the backspace key without looking! :) :lmao:

Btw, Shelley, good luck with your surgery!!

I always ask my surgeons and anesthesiologists (sp?) one question before they start my surgery "did you get a good night's sleep last night?"

My dad always asks them his question....he says "how was the party last night?" if they say "what party?" he says "good, that's the answer I wanted to hear!" :lmao: :lmao:

You are right - we did Bonefish Grill the night before we left on the cruise and had creme brulee. You should try it sometime - I think you would like it.

Ok, off to get the kids to bed and then watch another episode of LOST. :)

....Mr. Scuba tried a lot of it and liked it, but I don't know if he was just saying that to protect my feelings ---you now how he always tries to be so tender and gentle with what he says!!! :lmao:

:rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl:

Yea right!!

Try Bonefish's Bam Bam Shrimp. It's great!

Hey Scuba... I just heard that VIP has had a bordadella (sp?) outbreak this past week that they are *denying*... my neighbors dog just spent 2 days at the vet (after their 5 day cruise)... the vet guessed where the dog had been before they even told him... eek... is Molly staying there while you're in AK? Hopefully they're germ free by then!

It drove my mother crazy that I never took typing in HS... but it always interfered with honors courses that only met once a day... there was no way I was giving up a 5.0 course for a 3.0 course in my GPA (yeah... back when I still thought that it really MATTERED :rotfl2: )

I ended up in an inside sales job that relied on data entry for my first 7 years out of college... and it was commission-based, so the faster we could enter an order and start another one, the more $$ we made. It still makes my mother crazy to see me type... I use all the wrong fingers, but can keep up with the best of them.

I can't believe they don't require all the dogs to have shots before they stay there...ours does. Especially bordetella. That's Kennel Cough.

They do... but supposedly its like a flu shot... there are resistant strains...

We are really careful with our dog, as Greyhounds are very susceptible to it because of their increased lung capacity... since she retired, she has only been kennelled twice in the 5 years that we've had her.

I took typing in high school too. I will never ever forget that one day I got in trouble for pulling the paper out of the typewriter without releasing the roller. The teacher made me stay after school and take the paper out properly 100 times (I had to count out loud)! :furious: I was such a trouble maker :teeth:
Sherry

How 'bout that - a U TOP!

And it has Matthew Fox. You should be able to get through Season 1 and Season 2 before Season 3 starts. Don't forget, it has Matthew Fox.

Diana, I haven't forgotten it has Matthew Fox :teeth: I haven't forgotten it has Josh Holloway either :teeth:

I know that, yes! It also has Sayid, and a couple of other nice looking guys. But I'm a Jack fan.

I bet your typing teacher didn't die of a heart attack because of your class!

Wow.....I'll say you have to be careful! I bet she's a beauty.

I had no idea who Matthew Fox was. After seeing Diana's original post about it, I *assumed* that he was the young stud brother to the pedicure girl (Boone, I think his name is.) But I just googled Matthew Fox and it's the doctor. Hmmmm...
