Amanda, Kevin's right. You can never have enough points. We have a lot, and I still wind up borrowing every year. How many did you buy? By the way, if you buy more right away, you will be in good company. And what is CJ (I think that's him) doing in your picture.

I did ask Alicia what that look was, exactly, and she couldn't really explain it.
WE bought in at 200. I was thinking of jumping up to 250..hmmm decisions decisions ...how many do yall have..if you dont mind sharing.. ? Also, quesiotn for yall..my PAP expired on 05/28/06 dont I have like 30 days from expiration to renew at the disc rate? And if I do, do I now qualify for the DVC disc renewal rate?

Sorry to interrupt. But am I the only one who's gonna up-chuck if I see one more thread on the main Boards, by the same person, about their 50th cruise?:crazy2:

Now I have to go read the main boards to see if Lisa posted. :rotfl:

That was the last night of the cruise, and MAX the brat on the left side by Steve was being bratty. He would not let anyone take his picture. Were you there when Stacy tried to take his pic? LOL She took it anyway! I bet that was a beautiful one! HAHA

Ooh... I'm jealous! I've put myself on a scrap budget diet lately (can't justify it if I haven't been using what I already have!), and haven't bought anything new in a long time. If you can't figure out how to use something, let me know.

What fun!

Sam - I just came from AC Moore from my 1st scrapbooking class. Gadgets, gadgets - I love them. Sizzits(did I say that right?). I know what I want for my B-day. This woman does a lot of Disney pages. Can't wait. She said she does one that's 10 pages and takes all day to complete. I may have to catch that one.

Bosari must have been new to his contract - he didn't always deliver the drinks or desserts to the right people. I don't think Ivan and Bosuri were in a grove as a team, yet.

I really appreciated the visability of the head servers working along side the staff during the week. It's a pain, when they introduce themselves on the first night seemingly only to reappear on the last night for their tip envelope.

While nothing exceptional, Ivan was nice - very tolerant and patient with the kids' table (we combined Susans, Amanda's 2 older kids and ours into one table all ages 9-11) Susan and her husband scored big time...They brown-nosed daily chilled shrimp from Alexandria, the head server. Daily Key Lime Pie from Ivan - one night I think he brought 3!!! And fried mozzarella sticks since they missed them on the menu while they were at Palo.

I quickly learned to make up my mind on an entree and not be indecisive (or at least not within his hearing) Ivan was a big fan of the "if you can't decide I'll bring you both" philosophy instead of offering recommendations when asked...) Formal night, I couldn't decide between the scallops, veal, and duck - I got all three full plates...And then two desserts (I had made up my mind on dessert but, he heard me waivering)...I think I out-ate Matt that night..
man, I am still trying to catch up on unpacking and cleaning the house.

We had Andrew and Susan as our server and assistant server, Fitz as our head server. Andrew and Fitz were great, Susan might have been new because we had to wait a while for her to get our drink order and we hardly ever got refills and she was not really that friendly.

I agree the head servers we more social, we actually saw ours every night and he got my daughter her food at Topsiders while the DH and DS were snorkling at Coz.

I think we might have expected the same experience we had when we sailed on the Magic in 2004, but I don't feel this cruise was as nice. Our stateroom attendent, Loel was nice but compared to Sampop(2004) he was not as friendly. The DH and I think the food this time was not that great either. Maybe we were just expected too much from this cruise.

Don't get me wrong we LOVE Disney and will cruise on the Magic again and again.

Yikes! I see the flash spot now. That's some strong sunlight....

send me a copy of the original and I'll play with it. Sounds like Samatha might be pretty good with PhotoShop too.

kevin@dkeddy.com

It looks like the flash reflected off the glass and reduced the exposure.

Here is my "quick and dirty"

Send me a copy of the original also -- not a lot to work with - lots of noise in his face.

We can have a photoshop-off! :artist:

Mark and Mary,

We (the DH, DSx2, and DD) wanted to thank you for the buttons and mini nav. It was really nice seeing people with their shirts and buttons, you made us feel part of a really awesome group. We didn't make it to the 3pm meet but I second the two meets in the future.

We purchased the DVC on this cruise so we hope to all of the Dis'er durning future cruises and trips.

Alicia is telling him he's a freak. And Amanda's guy has an allergy to photos. I really irritated him by trying to take his picture. Will post the one where I "tricked" him..

Found my "tricking Max" picture. It wasn't easy, he's pretty tricky, himself!
