Please know....it is truly a misconception that Alabama has no paved roads or running water Well, to be honest, the roads were paved once...they just look and feel like they are dirt roads.

I totally love Alabama but...the roads...well, they need LOTS of work! However, keep in mind, you will be living near the state capital. Those political dollars are working for you. I live VERY close to the Mercedes Plant...they like to keep that looking nice too. But, I work in Birmingham...those roads are soooo bad!

I really hope you will like it here!
