We land at MCO at 5:15am, so figured most grocery stores won't be open at that time (but might be by 6am??)
I usually use Garden Grocer but didn't realise that they don't deliver to Universal resorts?!

What are our options? WeGoShop seems really complicated and has A LOT of fees, and Orlando Grocery express has limited options.

We won't have a car and plan on using Uber, both to and from MCO/Disney and also getting around if need be.

We are from Australia so don't have amazon memberships.

Thoughts/Suggestions?

Hello!

Most Wal-Mart stores are open 24 hours here in the US. And they will have everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Someone else will hopefully chime in to confirm, but I am sure there is a Wal-Mart close to the resort that you can stop in on your way. They are everywhere!

Wishing you safe travels and a wonderful trip!

Yes, there's a 24 hour Walmart five minutes from Universal.

The address is Turkey Lake Road.

You would also pass Walgreens which I'm sure will be open too.

Thanks both.

I saw the Walgreens but that looks like it is primarily a pharmacy?
Would Walmart me a better option for groceries?
Or would we be better off hitting the parks in the am and then going to a Public in the afternoon?

Walgreens do sell some groceries, basics and snack type food too. It's been years since I've been in one but you would still get what you were looking for.

Walmart obviously has more choice, and Publix is even nicer if you were to wait :)

Instacart might work for deliveries. Otherwise, basics at Walgreens would be my preference over Walmart. It'll be faster and easier as the store is smaller (and the workers tend to be more efficient).

Thanks again all, I'm thinking if we feel like doing it early, we'll hit up Walgreens otherwise maybe wait and go to Public (I have a weird urge to go there, I've heard so much about it and it's fried chicken!! haha)

I like Publix too.......Walmart is just such a novelty to us in the UK..........seeing ammunition along side produce is quite unusual for us!

Nice plan though.........
