4th ride still at kiosk only? I have only an android phone so can I book 4th FP?

Am a bit confused. Can I book my 4th FP ONLY at the kiosks right now? Can I do anything useful with my android phone that would help facilitate FP?

right now you can only book the 4th if you go to the kiosks, and you must do it at the park where you want the FP. Nobody can do it on the app, no matter what kind of phone they have.
