Our trips, video requests, etc have always been in my husband's name. When I call to see if I have a pin attached to my name, they say no.... Should I start asking about my husband's name as well? Or is it just by address?

I've been to WDW twice before going 3rd time in Sept. I have also got travel dvd's before, what is this stuff about calling to see if I have anything attached to my name. I would be very thankful if someone could help me out with this one. Any way to save $$$ is a great thing.

I just got a postcard sent to my address in my mom's name. In 2005, we took a big family trip and I did all the booking stuff so I guess our address is attached to my mom's name too. The first CM I spoke to wouldn't let me use the code, but I called back and they let me use it that time with no problems.
