We are headed to BWI in October--DH has a conference to attend--I called today and there is a code attached to my name--actually 2 codes--not sure how that happened--a kids eat free and a seperate code of 40% off room only (maybe one of these is for the general public?)--we are going 10/6-10/12--there are 5 of us, 2 adults then 3 kids ages 6, 5 and 4 yrs. So 5 nights 6 days. The standard room with 4 MYW base tickets and dining is $2900 the Deluxe Room Club Level with 4 MYW Base Tickets and dining is $3700.... so, is it worth it to have the extra room for $800 more? Are these prices reasonable? Also, from all the info I have found the Deluxe Rooms are up over the Boardwalk and could be noisy....we will need rest time during the day....will noise be an issue? I will NOT be happy if we pay more money and then end up miserable b/c of noise issues! Looks like there is a mixed review on noise over the Boardwalk. Any thoughts on this? Also, is it worth it to get the Deluxe room and is Club level worth it with kids?
Thanks!

I think you have to evaluate the offer based on your families needs. Some folks don't do the dining plan in conjunction with club level, others do. Many want hoppers rather than base tickets.
Our upcoming stay is at BWI CL--first time. We've stayed CL at Yacht club in the past. I did a lot of research, and I've not hear complaints about excessive noise from those who've actually stayed there. (I'm not big on a lot of noise either. We go to WDW to relax.)

The deluxe rooms are bigger. Occasionally pics show up. There is a bath, two queens beds and an additional living room portion with a sofa that pulls out to a bed and an extra TV. It's all in one room.

Maybe you already realized this, but you'll be at WDW during Epcot Food and Wine Festival. :goodvibes

Thanks for your post! I think we are going to go with the deluxe room and see how it is. with the 40% off room that helps a ton. The extra room will be great! THanks for your insight!!!
