my little boy wanted to go on everything. was nearly three and five on our visits. but he absolutely hated the 3d movies, big snake in alladin show- and wait for it little mermaid show. acted the bejebus out of him.

I found it was best to prepare him for each ride

he now tells me everyday he wants to go to mickeys house to go on his mums favourite ride the tower of terror

Thanks for all of the responses. It is so true how all kids are different. We didn't take the kids to the Haunted Mansion last time, because I thought it would be scary...especially in the beginning part when everyone is standing in that room. However, I think if I let our son watch "Nightmare Before Christmas" he will be excited about it.

As for our daughter, she'll probably laugh at everything...that's the stage she is in right now.

I've been to Disneyland in December several times before, and I just love all of the Christmas things, I can't wait for the kiddos to experience it.
