4 year old boy who passed away after riding Mission to Space - Any news?

Just read about that poor little boy who died after riding Mission to Space.
Does anyone know if the autopsy proved that it was the ride that killed him?

How awful if it was the ride.

I have only riden it once and it was weird.
Don't know if I could ride it again!
