4/3 extra ticket days & extra guest in room

With the buy four get three deal can you add extra days onto your tickets (I assume you can always upgrade them there. Can you put them on your original package?) For example, we were thinking of staying 7 days at POR and then 3 at another resort. Could we do the 4/3 deal for the time we're at POR and have 10 day tickets with our package? Then book room only for the other 3 days.

Also, my MIL may like to join us for two or three nights during our stay. Can we add her on for those few nights (and just pay the extra adult charge) without adding her to the whole package? She is a FL resident, so it would be nice if she could just get a 3 or 4 day resident ticket instead of buying her the same tickets we have with our package.

Yes, you can order any length of ticket with the package. I haven't followed the threads, but I think there was some discussion as to whether it was better to stay with the 7 day (at the price of 4) and upgrade there, or order the 10 day from the beginning ?

You can add another adult when they arrive. Do not put her on the original reservation. You would have to be there at the guest registration when she checks in and they would add her to the room. In fact, the last time I did this, they didn't bother charging us for the third adult, but I wouldn't count on that.

Thanks. Glad to know that won't be a problem. I just didn't want her to show up and then have them say that she can't stay. That would be the whole reason we would stay at POR (5 person capacity), so that would really stink.

I have a 10 day ticket on my ressie for the 4/3 stay because I am staying at another resort afterwards room only, so yes, you can do that. Just call CRO and have them upgrade your ticket to a 10 day, it is only a $10 difference per ticket....VERY WORTH IT!!

I don't know about the extra person, but to make sure, I would call the resort and ask them directly.

Just remember if your original reservation package is for 4 people, there is no guarantee that you will get a room with a trundle. You may just get a room that sleeps 4 and you would be out of luck adding your MIL.

Well, there would be 5 of us on the original reservation, but one is under 3. I will have to find out about requesting the room with the trundle even if there are only 4 plus baby. Thanks for the info!

Actually, there would only be 4 of you officially on the ressie, since the under 3 does not count toward your occupation.
