Needing Boardwalk Standard One BR Villa for Jan. 4th thru 11th (7 nights). Can you help? This is my first try at this (after many many Disney visits) so how does this work? You book the week in my name and I send you a deposit? I guess it is safe and we are both protected.....and without wanting to sound "non-trusting", how does the Buyer (me) know that the seller (you) won't take the money and then change the reservation? (gee, that does sound un-trusting and I don't mean for it too, just curious!)

There will be some trust involved in these transactions. I would advise you to obtain and check references from the owner. As an example I sent my work website address which has my biography posted, and the phone number of our office manager. I also sent my eBay name so the purchaser could check my feedback. You can also get names of former renters.
