Might be worth asking if they do everything remotely like contract signing etc... don’t want to get involved with posting stuff

Yikes. I just used the same site (I think) this week to make an offer (thank goodness it had no frog lol). Please let us know if you found anything concerning mine is using a title company called Mason Title and Escrow which I hope is legit? If anyone knows how to check on the legitimacy of a Florida-based Escrow Company that would be helpful...

I used Mason Title with https://www.dvcstore.com/ and it was no issue at all.
