$300 cash a week. Can it be done?

You should be able to do it. We live off a cash budget of $500 every other week. Some weeks it's tight others we have left over. The key I find is checking out the sales and making a menu plan from those items, than make a shopping list and stick to it.
We break our money up into
$150 gas
$260 groceries
$20 clothing
$30 animals
$40 blow money

We leave the leftovers in their categories so when the animals need their annual vet trip we have enough to cover it, when one of my kids need shoes it's there.
