3 yro birthday - loves Mickey and Pooh - help

I am wanting to surprise my dd who will turn 3 while we are at Disney World. I know I am looking in all the wrong places. Can someone please tell me where to look to see what characters are at what restaraunts. Also any advise on whcih ones would be the best to make her birthday the best. Her second birthday she was in the hospital so I want to make this one very special for her. She loves Mickey and Winnie The Pooh. We will be going in April, 2003 and I can not wait!!

I think Chef Mickey's would be fun for her birthday. They have breakfast and dinner.

Definetly check out Deb Wills site for menu selection. I think any meal with her favorites she'll love. We always have a great time at any of the character meals.

Chef Mickey's is very high energy and fun.

O'hana's also has Mickey and is very fun. They do a parade for the kids and characters around the restaurant.

CP- has the Winnie-the-Pooh gang and is also great.

We loved the Crystal Palace with Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and (I think) Piglet. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Our 2-year old loved it! We have the cutest photo of her just hugging and leaning on Pooh--for several minutes!

Best spot...breakfast with Mickey at Chef Mickeys in the contemporary...the whole restaurant will sing to her...waving their napins in the air...very funny.

Best spot for pooh...crystal palace.. we took our daughter there when she turned 13...again, the whole restaurant sang to her..they brought her a lighted cupcake...it was great!
