I have 2 three year olds coming with me in december. They wont be riding many of the rides. Should I buy park hopper passes for them or can I still get them in free??? Will they ask for proof of age??????? please respond. THANK YOU!!!!!:D

There are LOTS of rides for three year olds to do and shows to see and parades to watch and characters to meet!!!! :) In Nov. my then 14 month old rode quite a few rides and saw numerous shows, loved the parades and meeting of the characters. WDW has more things for the younger set than anywhere else.

Last year we went with my 3 1/2 yr. old DD. She rode everything they'd let her on. Don't underestimate what those 3 yr. olds can get into. Have a great time. P.S. IMHO I'd pay because I know as soon as I didn't I'd lose that much money somewhere. Always happens to me when I try to do something like that.

There have been MANY post on this subject and they can get pretty nasty, just a warning.

You need to do what's best for you and your family. Will you children say they are 3 when you tell the CM they are still 2? Because that has happened many times. They may not check ID, but if they are suspicious, they might ask the child, "How old are you?" and most 3 year olds can talk and are proud to say they are 3.

We're in the same boat. Our younger DD will be 3 years and 2 weeks old when we go in October for Halloween. She's also tiny and doesn't talk yet but I'd feel too guilty lying in front of my 5 year old. It was our decision to go for Halloween rather than going before she turns 3 so we need to pay the pipper.

WDW had to have a cut off at some point, and they chose 3.

And like a previous poster said, there are MANY rides and shows for toddlers. Dumbo, Peter Pan, Pooh, It's a Small World, the Carosuel, and shows like Ariel, Cinderella's Celebration, Beauty and the Beast and each park has a parade which our DD LOVED! And then all the places to meet the characters too!

Good luck!

At three my girls rode everything in the MK that didn't have a height restriction - and there are only 4 that do! Same is true for the Studios - lots of shows for younger kids including playhouse disney, Epcot anything but testrack IIRC and they will have a wonderful time at AK as well.
Children 3 and over are required to have paid park admission, children 2 and under are free so disney will charge the childs price for admission.
The type of ticket depends on # of days and where you are staying, do some research and find the best deal for your situation.
