3 year olds-to pay or not to pay?

Disney charges way too much money for kids are 3-9. My four year old never eats anything. I'll say she is three as long as i can. People need to do what they feel is right.

to funny, someday when your child is a teen and you catch her in a lie about where she has been and who she was with you will be all indignent and say something like, we did not raise you like that. but guess what.

OMG this is getting so silly. Moral or not, it is not worth the effort to argue.

If you go to Disney and tell them your kid is 2 and they are 3, who really needs to know and who really cares. You are not breaking a world, federal, state, county or city law. You are bypassing a multinational corporation's rules. You can choose to follow the rules, or you can choose to not follow them.

There is no moral judgement until you bring it to the people for validation. At that point, we can and will voice our opinions, especially on a forum built for people voicing their opinions.

Do I care if you don't pay for your kid to eat at a buffet, not really. I care if your kid butts in front of me, spills food on my shoes and wipes their dirty hands on the bread!!

Enjoy your vacations any way you can.

I really don't understand. People who prefer to follow the rules that Disney sets for it's parks are called moral police. People who prefer to make up their own rules are called????

Morals is only half the story. The reason I don't say my daughter is 9 when she turns 10 less than a month before we go is because I have morals and I want to teach my kids to do as I do not just as I say. The reason I have a problem with other people doing it has nothing to do with morals. It has to do with each and every person who feel that they can bend the rules because ________ or _________ or _________. Everyone has their own reason and to them it is justified. My problem lies with every one that does this drives up the cost for the rest of us. It is not Disney that you are hurting they just raise the cost..it is the everyday families that scrimp and save for a vacation that keeps getting more expensive each year.

sorry, i dont buy the whole "troll" thing for the most part. i have worked in the "people" business all my life and most of the things, good and bad, that i read on these threads ring true. not being judgemental cause sometimes i even see myself in some of the dumb stuff and it embarresses me

But why comment on the same thing further? She obviously made up her mind.

There are at least 2 people a week who come on here saying they are not going to pay for tickets, food, etc for their 3 yo. Why keep getting in an uproar? You obviously will not change their mind.

Because in reality check if they want to cheat the system there's nothing anything anyone can do. Really! It may come back to bite them in the butt or they may accumulate alot more souvinire (sp?) money.

They have to live with their decision.

Disney is clear on their rules and age ranges.

If the question is whether you should lie or not, you need to take a cue from Jiminy Cricket and let your conscience be your guide. But we're not going to condone or help in skirting Disney's policies, and I think a number of posters have made that clear.

I think this conversation has run its course.
