3 Seperate contracts...

We just added on more points, which makes our 3rd contract. All three contracts are at the VWL and are the same use year.

We originally bought 172, then we bought 30 more, and we just bought another 48, which gives us 250/year.

We may not use any of the 48 from our new contract this year. When we bank, do we have to bank at 100% of that contract or is it the percentage of the total 250 that we have to bank?

The percents are of the entire contract, in your case 250. I am assuming that they all have the same contract number except for what's behind the decimal point. That's the way ours is.

Use the total, so if you wait until the last banking deadline of 25% you can bank 25% of 250 or up to 62 points. (They round down to the next full point)
That also assumes you did not bank any points before, so if you banked those 30 points already you can only add upto a total of 62 at the 25% window. I hope that is clear.
