Im so sorry its took me so long to come back and update - 1 of those weeks!!
Today we headed back to Magic Kingdom hoping today was going to be 3rd time lucky and we would actually get to psend the day there and do everything we wanted to do!!
We arrived in the park at just after 10am and were parked in Happy - hubby commented that this surely had to be a good omen
We headed straight over to the fairies as Keira had not forgiven me for her not seeing Tinkerbell and Fawn ! My heart fell to the floor when I saw the wait was 80 mins I knew there was no way I could stand for that long and the memory of the que in there was just so vivid so I decided to have a quick chat with the cm at the entrance. I explained what had happened before and that we were literally next to go in to the room when we had to leave he radioed another cm who came over and apologise dfor the experience and then took us to a different waiting area. I was a bit confused but it wa air conditioned and there was seats so I figured 80 minutes in here would be better than in the line !! Keira sat on the floor and strted amusing herself with the stickers she had been given. Honestly less than 5 minutes passed when the cm came back and ecorted us straight into the room with the fairies . Keira was positively bouncing and I couldnt believe how nice the cms had been.
The fairies were amazing with Keira and as much as I hated the queing it is worth it !! Heres my photopass pics as they show just how fab the experience was for keira.
The rest of the day was equally without a hitch and we rode all the rides that we wanted to !!
Daniel watched the parade with such interest that I suddenly realised the child we had put on all the rides was actually only 6 yrs old - whoops !! After the parade had passed he stopped to pick up the mickey confetti which the fairy godmother had thrown out!!
We stopped at the bakery for cake - oh my god that is the best cake I have ever tasted in my life !! Both me and wayne were hoping the kids left some - but no such luck !!
At 4pm we retreated back to the pool at the villa finally feeling like we had conquered Magic Kingdom.
Day 11 here
