Greetings,

Free Dining, Yes! Usual question here...

Here's the crew: myself, hubby, daughter and son-in-law in room 1 (yes I'm crazy :rotfl2:) , my parents in room 2. We are all on the free dining plan at the Poly. I made our dining reservations together (a table of 6). When it comes time to pay the check the server will be able to take 4 meals off one card and 2 off the other, correct? I predict diaster if 6 meals were taken off the room for 2 people or even the room for 4 as it could get very confusing trying to bounce meals back and forth. Has anyone else done this?

thanks much -- tory

We did that exact same thing last month. There were 4 in one room and 3 in the other room. Most ADRs were made for 7 people and we told the server at the begining of the meal and there was never a problem.

Enjoy you trip.

We had 2 rooms last June with 5 people and had no problems with having to use 2 cards. Just check your balance after each meal. In November we had 3 rooms with 6 adults and everything went smoothly. Most waiters will ask if you have a large group.

The server will need one card from each room when its time to pay and there should be no problem.

We did 3 rooms, 9 people a few years ago in December. We told the server what the logistics were and that we were on the DDP before ordering and we each got separate checks by room--there were no issues.
