3 bedroom minimum recommendations?

We are taking friends with our kids this year. We will need at least a 3br, close to Disney, and with a pool or community pool. Got any favorite rentals to recommend for us? We've used one of the major companies for years, but our inlaws sold their week off and now we are on our own for searching.

We love Wyndham Bonnet Creek and use eBay for our rentals there.

We always use vrbo.com for renting a place and have had good luck. It does take some time to find the right place and owner to chose from. Places like Reunion Resort or Champions Gate have a variety of rentals from condos to houses but still have the resort feel. They are both 10 min to Disney off of I-4.

I love the 3 bedrooms at Wyndham
Bonnet Creek. I also like the 3 bedroom condos at Windsor Hills--I prefer them to the townhomes.

I second VRBO as a good option to check into. You can find some good prices. We stayed at Bahama Bay in a 3 br, 2 ba. Had a full kitchen and a nice patio. Very quiet. About 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes to Universal. There was a small pool behind our complex that NO ONE was ever in. There was also a splash park and a larger pool with a "beach" area. We also ordered from Tradewinds (they deliver to your door) and the food was really good! We will most likely stay there again and you can rent a condo there for under $100 a night. Everything was clean and nice, the people were very friendly. We loved it!

We were at Championsgate this past weekend, they just built a ton of new rental houses and have a great new water park area! I also LOVE Reunion Resort.

We use Villadirect.com when the family comes in! They have homes all over the Disney area and great budget friendly prices. The last one we did was also at ChampionsGate like staceyrhood it was amazing!

Search VRBO.com for Windsor Hills and you'll find a boatload of rentals. I usually like to stick with those with higher review counts/better ratings.

We rent at Windsor Palms almost every year. They have 3-bedroom condos where you can use the community pool. They have 3-bedroom townhomes some of which have a splash pool. They have 3-6 bedroom houses that have their own private pools.

Hi - Windsor Hills and Emerald Island are both excellent, really close to Disney 2-3 miles and have excellent on-site resort facilities. You should also find the accommodation you are looking for there either Townhome or 4 bed villa. Townhomes are WH come with small private plunge pool. Would recommend both resorts.
