2 weeks from today!!! We are doing the official "go through last years summer clothes and see what fits" routine today - then off to the store for shorts and flip-flops (If we can find them, of course).

We booked this week at the last minute for the 3-24 western also. This will be our 10th cruise and I don't think we have ever been more excited. We have made several friends from around the "small world" via disboards and DCL. Our son is 6 and daughter is 4. If anyone is interested in linking our dinner reservations please let me know.

Wow! Great job booking at the last minute . . . do you already have in mind what excursions you want to do? Two weeks from now we will be still in Key West,I believe!

Yes we go to Key West the first day, we want to ride the conch train. Turtle Farm in Grand Cayman, maybe the SF beach in Cozumel or just stay on the ship. It's our least favorite DCL port.

Hey everyone! I edited the DIS List...sorry I haven't been on in a long time...

You will recognize the 11 of us because we will all be wearing white t-shirts with a small DCL logo on the front and a large Disney themed family tree on the back that says 'Thanks Grandma and Grandpa', 'Thanks Mom and Dad', or 'Celebrating 50 years of Magic' depending who is wearing the shirt. (ex= I will be wearing 'Thanks Grandma and Grandpa' and my dad (skibum) will be wearing 'Thanks Mom and Dad'

Anyways....I have to ask...Is anyone staying in the Walt or Roy suites? Last year someone from our thread was in the Walt suite, but we didn't realize it until AFTER the cruise...we would have liked to peeked our heads in to see it!

And I wish I had the Walt or Roy -- but definitely do not! I would love to see any of the suites, for that matter.

We just moved 7 miles down the road to the big city of Kennesaw, I guess I need to update my profile. You should ride the conch train in Key West. Nice inexpensive tour of the city.

You can't miss me I will be wearing a lime green shirt with lime green flower capris. I will also have the button Mark and Mary gave me on our last cruise it will be on my backpack it has my real name and my disboard name on it. Maybe we should pick an area to meet up in the terminal.

We haven't gotten our docs yet - just how far away is Florida from Denver??!! I know we're close to sailing tho, because my dd is diligently (meaning she's not whining) doing her homework and special projects so she wont have to do anything on vacation.

Your docs are just delayed because they've decided to give you a free upgrade to the Walt suite . . .

Good for your daughter! She should meet up with my youngest (age 9) in the terminal so that they will know each other once they get to the lab.
