2nd confirm. for amended ressie?

Hi all, another quick question. The day after we made our first reservation to go home, my DW decided that we should add 2 nights! to the end of the trip and cancel the first night (thus not taking a late flight). She didn't need to twist my arm, and I immediately called and made the change. Two days later I received the confirmation for the first ressie, but still haven't received anything for the changed itinerary. Should I be getting something in the mail? Should I call to make sure the change went through?

For peace of mind, I would call. sometimes they forget to generate the second confirmationk and sometimes it is just very late.

Yes, nothing wrong with making sure. We did something similar, and similarly did not receive a confirm. I simply called to check and asked for a new confirmation.

I haven't received confirmations for ressies changed either. I guess they don't automatically do it, unless you request one.

One time I even asked for a new confirmation and she told me to just use the old one, it was the same number. This was despite the fact it had more nights on it.

I changed a reservation, didn't request a confirmation but happily received one about a week and a half later. Your reservation number stays the same so you always have that, but I would still ask for the printed confirmation if you haven't received it soon.
