265 SSR points for rent after 6/1/16- $12/$13 per point

I have a total of 265 SSR points to rent for stays starting June 1, 2016 or later. At this point I am only willing to accept requests for Saratoga Springs, after Nov 1st I will be able to book the other resorts once I hit the 7 month window!

• Standard rental agreement
• 50% down to make the reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to trip or July 1, 2016, whichever is earlier
• $13/pt for 120 points or less
• $12/pt for more than 120 points

I am a long time DIS poster and DVC member, however this is my first time renting my points out. We are taking a DCL cruise next summer instead which is why we are renting our 2016 points. I can provide DIS character references if needed.

I actually won't be able to check this until 7 months prior to your travel date so December 10th. I will definitely keep your request in mind and follow up closer to that date if I still have the points available then. Thanks!

I may be interested in renting points for a stay June 11th to 18th. I need to discuss with the fiancée which resort he'd like, but I just wanted to check if you're ok dealing with a brit? I know you won' be able to check availability until Nov 11th, but I can certainly have a resort choice by then.
It'll just be the two of us, so a studio should be plenty.

Bay Lake Tower Studio Magic Kingdom view is 183 points.
Bay Lake Tower Studio Lake view is 153 points.
Bay Lake Tower Studio Standard view is 139 points.

1. Beach Club Villas
2. Boardwalk Villas
3. Bay lake Towers
4. Grand Floridian Villas

Yes, $12 is fine since hopefully I can get both reservations.

For June 1, BWV has either Boardwalk view or Garden/Pool view available for the night. Both are 17 points. No standard views are available. If you want that or want to check something else, please message me the names, ages, and email and I can go ahead and book that one.

Ok, just checked for your dates.

BLT standard is not available, but a Lake View Studio is for 141 points.

Jambo House all classes of studios are only partial availability. I did check Kidani and there is full availability for a standard studio (95 points) and Savanna View (123 points). Let me know if you are interested in any of these or want me to check something else!

Tracy, I have pretty many requests for the points that I am trying to finalize now, so I very much doubt I will have anything left by the time I could start checking for your dates.

I have 2 people in front of your for reservations. If both of those do confirm, I won't have enough points to do your reservation, but if I don't get a commitment from them by your dates, I certainly do not mind looking!
