Lake view for 108 is available, but I can't book it until 5/24. I'd recommend renting from someone with VGF points since that's a holiday weekend and will book up sooner than later.

I have 240 points at Villas at the Grand Californian that must be used by 5/31/18. Many dates available in April and May! No studios at VGC until April though. These points may also be used at other resorts within 7 months (prior to May). I'm also willing to purchase up to 24 OTU points to complete your reservation. I cannot book anything for more than 264 points unless you have your own points to transfer me.

April 7 = 37 points = $555
May 5 = 24 points = $360

Only 2 bedroom villas are available for those dates (4 nights, checkin April 16, checkout April 20) for 208 points, $3120, payable via check prior to releasing the reservation number to you. If you need a smaller room, you'll need to look into the hotel side of GC for cash rooms available. Let me know if you want to proceed. I'll reserve, then email a contract and invoice.
