1) The main season with Charles Logan was Season 5. Generally regarded as the greatest season of 24. He also played a small role in Season 6 towards the middle half to later part of the season.
2) Tony was not killed off. We can assume he was sent off to prison but we don't really know that for a fact, it's a little bit of a mystery here. The producers could have brought him back if they wanted to.
