OMG - I can't wait to go to Goofy's next month. We went for the first time last year. I still don't know how I kept missing this. Well, we used not even go to dtd "cause we are there for a short time. Now we know better!!
I love this dining report! I also love the you update daily. We are doing the DXDP in January and eating at many of the same places.
How many days do you think the treats from Goofy's will hold up? I was thinking of bringing some home as souvineers.
Subbing!!
Wonderful reviews!!!! I cannot wait for more!!
I was going to say the pumpkin ravioli looked good until I say the chocolate treats! Yum.![]()
REALLY enjoying your reviews and the pics. While I'm not vegetarian, I very often find myself choosing vegetarian items because I LOOOOVE me veggies!
Can't wait to see more!
Brad
I really enjoyed reading your reviews so far - they're great!
We just ate at Citricos last week (our final meal before coming home) and we thought it was terrific. I seriously considered ordering the arancini while there ... I love those little suckers and they're hard to find ... but we ended up with the gateau of crab and the feta / shrimp appetizers which were both great, too.
Also, thanks so much for posting the cheese plate. I agonized over whether or not to order it because I love me some cheese but it just didn't sound very good and I thought it was over-priced for just three cheeses.
So I know now that on our next visit we should order the arancini and continue to ignore the cheese!![]()
Thanks again for taking the time to post!
Great reviews, thanks! I can't wait for the next ones.
I am beginning to think I know what my problem was with Boma...I didn't try anything I actually knew what it tasted like. Your plates looked fabulous! I am a fanatic of hummus and I should have tried them...oh well, I guess I HAVE to go back...bummer.
Boma looks really great, can't wait to try it for the first time.
Excellent reviews, as usual.
Question re: Boma: DH and I don't care for curries and we don't like savoury food with sweet flavors. We do like a lot of spice in our food, though. We are currently scheduled for dinner at Boma on our last night and I am afraid that we will not like it after reading all of the reviews mentioning sweetish foods and curries. We do like Ethiopian food but that is mostly spicy and we enjoy hummus and falafel. What do you think are our chances of being disappointed?
mmm I love the panni's and tomatoe and mozza salad and tony's...can't wait to go back...![]()
Great update.
Another great installment. I've never tried Tony's because it just looks so average, something I could get at home. Now on the other hand the creme brulee looked really good.
