$207 Base for VGF2. Great incentives!

New info for those interested. NO 2021 points…@donmcgregor called if.

All UYs start with 2022 points. No resale restrictions.

I went with a new UY because of it.
I have always thought that it was a Florida law requiring to sell current UY points with a timeshare sale. Isn't it?

On the phone with my guide right now. He confirmed no one is getting 2021 UY points, as others have said above.
He confirmed luggage will be sent to me in Canada. (Also available for buyers in US and Puerto Rico.) Have split into 150+50 point contracts, incentives for 200 point level. Waiving title insurance. Payment broken out into 3 tranches.
Guess I’m sticking with my March use year.

Not patting myself on the back, but it seemed impossible to essentially load 2021 points for a unit that didn’t exist in 2021 and wasn’t deeded until 2022.

I thought they might use points deeded to current building to overcome that. But nope, these are all new points for new building.

No 2021 points and no guaranteed weeks under 150 points. You can't even bump up the contract. I might just by RIV or nothing.

You think so? "Walking to parks" is a huge perk at like... Grand Cal. But I've never understood the appeal of walking into the rear entrance of Epcot. Walking under Spaceship Earth while that techno-retro-futuristic soundtrack bops is how I always want to enter Epcot.

(I say this as a huge Yacht Club fan.)

Absolutely a major perk. Precisely why we own at BLT and BWV. The 'rear entrance' to BWV/BCV or even YC can't be beat after fireworks at EP. Avoiding crowds and busses at the end of a long day at 3 parks is completely worth it. The walk to DHS in the morning is fantastic for us as well. It's hard for me to get the family to stay at a bus resort anymore. They are spoiled. :)

I think because of the opening of the resort in 2022 it was indicated as the reason.

I didn’t push it and fine right now with June UY. They have left UYs out in the past.

My guide said I was the 4th West coaster to call and buy (got luggage)
I originally was thinking of adding them to my Sept UY, but he added them to my Feb UY and I realized that's great
I get the points (can't book until June), Dues pro-rated (June - Dec) - and I want to use mine for June 2023
and trying to find GCV dates in Oct

I don't think the fixed weeks are much if any benefit now for VGF2. Since they won't do the cheaper weeks you can only do the more expensive weeks that have already been bumped up. If you are going for that many points it doesn't hurt to add it, but in reality studios are not going to be an issue at VGF now.

Its why I decided against the fixed week. Just straight 150 points, one contract.
