Doing my race week workouts this week, focusing on arms and core. Did one yesterday evening while watching Make Some Noise on Dropout.

My DDs got me into watching several shows on Dropout. Their tour is coming to our area next week and taking my one DD at home to go see it. Very excited!Doing my race week workouts this week, focusing on arms and core. Did one yesterday evening while watching Make Some Noise on Dropout.![]()
My husband watches a bunch of their stuff, but I really only watch Make Some Noise and Game Changer. They're soooo funny! My DDs got me into watching several shows on Dropout. Their tour is coming to our area next week and taking my one DD at home to go see it. Very excited!
I've done routines like that before - they are way harder than you'd expect! It uses supersets of two exercises with no rest between the exercises (e.g. 4 sets of deadlifts and bent over rows with no rest between the exercises but 1 minute rest between sets).
Oh lord same same. Part of my PT is a lower back stretch where I keep my legs & pelvis on the floor and just push the upper half of my body up. Have to do this multiple times a day and my arms are so tired it's patheticHahaha. Tonight’s workout included pushups. I can barely do “girl” pushups at this point.![]()
Let us know!Speaking of the weekend, DD19 is bringing me as a guest to Pilates. I have only done Pilates along with videos, so I’m curious to see how this goes. At least I found three decent options for getting in my mileage for the weekend.
whoa. I was not ready for leg day. I definitely made the right call going super light with my weights so I'm not in full baby giraffe mode today as I have a new 1st grade student I'm 1:1 with (possibly for the rest of the school year.)
Also, I have questions about weighted vests here in the running thread.
