Yesterday was a break day. Today was lower body. I went farther than planned when putting in my miles this morning, I did it with 14lbs of camera gear on my back and I was delayed on spinning out my legs for a number of reasons. At the gym it was a moderate 32 minute session on the recumbent bike in a late attempt to spin out my legs, leg extensions, leg press, leg curl, adductor, abductor, captain’s chair, and rotary torso.
