When does disney usually allow for booking of 2019? Trying to get an idea of prices for a february trip but the calendar only goes until the end of 2018.

They allow 16 months in advance but you'll have to call. Can't book online.

You can book but they book at 2018 rates and you rate is subject to change when they come out for 2019 (usually end of July or August).

you can call direct to book anytime if you have a certain resort/room you have in mind

YOu can book a room-only reservation upto 499 days in advance (I believe that is based on the last day of your stay). They will take a deposit at the current year's rates and then adjust (likely up) when the new year's rates come up.

Reservations that far out can only be done by phone as they are not yet avalilable on the website.

2018 room rates were released on June 20 last year.

Edited to add: Don't expect the full year to go online right away. Typically the last few months take awhile to show up on the WDW site.
