2017 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend

And for those who stay off property and drive in -- what was that experience like?
Have never done it but I have heard it's easy as long as you keep road closures in mind. Should be a map of those in the Event Guide, along with parking and timing information. :)

We were thinking about this the other night because we have time share weeks that may keep things a bit cheaper on the speedy turnaround. $179 for a whole week may be better than staying on property.

I appreciate the speedy response - I love that I can count on you to have the information.

:) Yeah, $179 for the week is pretty awesome - more money for merchandise that way!!

I'll do you one better - ACTUAL information. This is the link to this past year's program guide...page 12 has driving directions: http://as1.wdpromedia.com/media/rundisney/pdf/princess/2016/2016-princess-race-weekend-program.pdf

Just saw where wine and dine half marathon entry fee is ...gulp...$190.00:scared: guessing that will be the going rate for PHM. Wow!

Wine & Dine has always been the most expensive half at WDW because it includes the after-party ticket. I'd expect PHM to be $175 (same as WDW half) - just my guess.

Yikes! Will have to budget for that extra. Thanks for the heads-up. It shouldn't be shocking to me that a disney special event is close to financially out of reach lol.
Right now it's supply and demand with runDisney...they keep raising the prices and their races keep selling out, so they haven't hit the ceiling yet. I think they're close, but not yet. :confused3

The Walt Disney World 10K (in January) has a registration fee of $115, so I think that's a good guess for the Princess 10K. So with fees it may be about $123.

Disney in general has this issue, lol. Yikes, $123. Better start saving!

I live local so always stay 'offsite'.. If you take i4 or 192 to world drive in to Epcot you'll be perfectly fine. Any attempt to change that up you'll regret it.. There are other roads but those fill up with cast trying to get to work or road closed signs..
