I'm not able to book reserved seating for PFTS online. So, I'm waiting on hold. Called on the dot at 7:00 am, told a 45 minute wait. It's now 50 minutes. I suspect it's going to be a lot longer than that. I hate this. Makes my head hurt.

I called exactly at 7:00 a.m. For the first time in years, I did not have to wait at all. Despite the CM having some difficulty finding each of my events, she was tenacious and persistent, tireless and helpful. By 7:20, I was able to book:

1. French Family Meals on October 16
2. Italian Regional Lunch on October 17 and
3. PFTS (Wine View Lounge) on October 15.

Waited on the phone for half hour got my Parisian Breakfast for 10/1. Asked about premium package and so far it's not returning. Asked about sampler package and she said you might be able to book it on the 21. Good luck everyone.

Has anyone who called the number provided by Chase actually gotten through? I called at at 7 am EST, when I got through the option tree I was told it was a 45 min wait and I've been on hold for 54 minutes now.

I know that the Chase line was having technical difficulties but if I am not going to get through then I am just going to give up.

Just checked online for PFTS for 10/8 and it says no tables available for that date between 5:30 and 8:30 pm . On hold for 51 minutes...

Call the tour line, 407-939-8687. I got through with a four-minute wait.

Thank you! Kept getting all circuits busy when calling other numbers. Called this one and was making reservations within 4 minutes! Was able to book Hibachi and Japanese Craft Beer.

Also made reservations for beverage and culinary events, and a mix it event, online with my not Dis cc.

I'm on hold with the Chase Line right now, and the reception is horrible. Lots of static. Fifty-seven minutes and hold.

Got right in, was able to book PFTS with reserved seating for 10/22 and 10/29, French Family Meal Traditions on 10/23 and 10/30, Parisian Breakfast on 10/22, Flying Fish Signature on 10/27. Was told as people have reported that the Italy events are not available yet to book (French yes, Italy no, who can figure this stuff out). Mediterranean Pairing at Spice Road also not available yet. CM checked to see if anything else opens up at 9AM today for DVC, AP, TIW and after being on hold for a good amount of time was told no.

I'm trying to get that 10/27 Flying Fish. Had no luck today, but was told they only release 15% of the seats today. I'll try again on Thursday.

Just booked reserved seating for Party for the Sense on 10/1. No info for the Premium Package, yet.

I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. It was 42 minutes, so the estimate seemed accurate, to me.

I did get the technical difficulties speech but just stayed on and worked through the option tree quickly (I said dining reservations and then went directly to responding "representative" LOL!) It worked for me I did get a human. My time was 6 minutes and it was more like 25? But.....

If you have access to a 2nd line USE IT. I was working on mine when I got through. One of the "dirty" secrets of Disney's phone system is that it will occasionally shunt you off into the que that never gets picked up. I had it happen once. Called and was on hold for hours. Called on a 2nd line and was through immediately. Finished on line two, line one is still on hold. I told the CM and got the phone equivalent of a shrug! I even sent in a complaint to Disney.

Awesome thanks...its coming up on 5 am PST and I have to start deciding to give up or to delay getting ready for work.

Just hung up. Reserved seating for PFTS on 29 Oct wasn't available. Neither was the Hibachi experience on 1 Nov, or the Italian Luncheon on 31 Oct. No luck for me this morning. Got to call on Thursday.

I wonder if IT just woke up and realized what they did????? They opened that booking up to EVERYONE LOL! They may have locked it down again until Thursday as I doubt it sold out.

OK just got done. Called at 7 and told 2 minute wait time. Took 15 minute. Got everything but 2 things.
Booked cheese seminars on line.

Italian Reg. Food and Wine Pairing Luncheon 10-14
Italian Food Wine vs. Beer Pairing 10-11

Very happy, could not book the Tokyo Pairing Umami or
Eat to the bear packages.
