Tried for Hibachi Exp, Tequila Lunch, and It Wine vs Beer and were told they were not bookable at this time. Call back around 9 AM.

In My experience it is for all early booking

Oops, I misread the earlier post, @wvaspartan is right. Sold out for Visa booking means sold out for early booking. But there will be spots available come Thursday. And if the phone CM you talked to couldn't book this morning, they may have told you "sold out" when it hasn't been opened for booking yet. Try back later on.

It ONLY sold out for the presale. Most of the spots are held for the regular booking day.

I called the chase line right at 7:00. Was on hold for about 20 minutes. I was able to book the Trader Sam's and the French Family Meal Tradition's!

I was told that "French Family Meal Tradition" wasn't available to book today! Wonder if that's just that it was sold out by the time I got through.

Got right in, was able to book Flying Fish Signature on 10/27

Thanks for reporting this - I got everything online except for the Signature I want and glad to know those are available to book!

The agent I got said only culinary demonstrations can be booked today and none of the special events I listed that I wanted. She checked them all and nothing. She doesn't even know how to take the Disney Visa payment for the demonstrations and put me on hold. I'm on hold on 2 other phones to try to get another agent. By the way, I got in right at 7:00 AM. So sick of this each year!

Called VISA number at 7:00 and was told 90 minute wait (still waiting), but... I checked this forum and saw that events were bookable online (thanks!!). I was able to make reservations for all the demos I wanted and didn't have to use Disney VISA. I'm still on hold waiting to see if I can book the Japanese Craft Beer Tasting and the Moroccan F&W Pairing, but based on some comments here they probably won't be available to book until 7/21 (I couldn't find them online). Since I've waited this long I'm going to stick it out and wait until I get a CM.

Was told re. IT Beer VS Wine call back on Thursday, asked CM to check to see if anything opens at 9AM today, she checked with her supervisor and told me answer is no. I might call anyway.
