2014 Pin Codes for free dining?

I know last year's free dining didn't include the last week of August. I kind of remember the people who
were mailed pin codes for free dining did have the last week or two of August included. Can anyone confirm? Thank you

The pin code we used for our November trip last year included these dates-

8/25/14 - 10/3/2014
10/19/14 - 11/1/14
11/9/14 - 11/22/14
12/12/15 - 12/23/14

So the last week of August was included. I am pretty sure the general public offer only had 8/31 included. They also added resorts that were excluded from the general public offer.
