Thanks everyone for the encouragement
After I did the Tink 10K my knee really bothered me (from an old college injury.) I decided to try the Galloway method as to hope not agitate it on longer runs. Last week at my eight miler I felt awesome. I was seriously so nervous for the run, and when I finished I felt like I could keep going. It was such a rewarding feeling, it was literally the longest I'd ever run in my life! I guess I'm just so hard on myself though because I still feel like I can't say, "I ran 8 miles..."
I'll work on getting over it though
And also - Belle Ella - just wanted to say thanks for the rec on the GymBoss, got one and used it on the 8 mile run and it was awesome!!!
