I have a question about online check-in. I've never done it before and we have always stayed CL. We will be at the BC in ten days and I did online check-in today. I was hoping that I could request a room close to the family we are traveling with. There was no place to request this. Does anyone know if there is a way to email the resort? We also have a CM discount and the CM is a member of the other family.

I did online check in for my trip in Nov because I thought I had to get to the magic bands and FP+.

I did not get the floor I had requested by calling in (online request accidentally and couldn't figure out how to remove it 2nd floor, but wanted 3rd floor which was requested by calling in).

That being said, my room at POFQ was super close to the bus & food court and on the 2nd floor. Not a deal breaker and I was still happy with the location of my room, but I think from now on, I will not do online check in and add my requests by calling in.

This does work. You need to click on the section of the hotel and then on the next screen the little box that looks like it could be a room and that you want to see the view from and a little window pops up with that view. Now, that being said...I'm not sure that they are 100% accurate. But, I have been using it to "see" what the view would be like from this room and that room. Also, the room number is displayed it the top left corner of the screen. Try it again

Well, after a fantabulous stay at YC CL last April, we will be returning to the BC/YC resort in August, this time staying at BC (non CL)!!!!!

Excited to have fun at SAB in the heat of August! Bring it on!!!

We have done CL the past two stays but are trying to "wean" ourselves off of that little luxury on our August trip since we have a DCL cruise booked for April 2015 and will do Disney stays before and after the cruise, but have to definitely do value or moderate because of the cruise cost. Need to keep things reasonable,

Does anyone have a good website that lists all of the rides at each park? I know that seems like an easy request but I've been on a few sites tonight and they are very inconsistent (ride names have changed, rides are closed, etc)

We have used the RAC (Resort Airline Checkin) 3 times at the Beach Club and we love it. After you hand over your luggage, you won't see your bags again until you pick them up at the airport. They print your boarding passes so you can head right to security when you get to MCO.

Oh, wait, I do!!!



For the Beach Club, the desk is outside of the lobby. Go right instead of left like you would for the bus stops. They weigh and tag your bags. If you have carryons, you can check them in with valet/bell services right there.

Probably the biggest thing you should know is the hours. They used to close by noon or 1 pm, so you have to use the service before then. Not sure what the current hours are.

You must have your bags to them 3 hours before your flight or they will not take them.

In the past, there were some airlines that did not participate, not sure which ones aren't part of this program currently.

The RAC program is independently contracted, not Disney employees.

Anyone have any comments about the service with international travel?







After checking through our bags, we gave our carryon to bell services to hold while we played at HS.

We used it for our last trip to BC and it worked great. We flew Southwest. Dropped our bags at the check in desk (right near the main/portico entrance to BC), got the airline check in tag, then waited for Magic Express to pick us up. Next saw our bags when we landed at home. Super easy. I'd liken it to curbside checkin at the airport - similar service just the 'curb' is at your hotel and your bags are trucked to MCO.

My DH and I are taking our 4 (8, 5, 2, 2 at travel time) kids to Disney September 21-27 and staying at YC! It is the first time for my DH and our kids and we are all so excited! We have asked for a room with a daybed. What are the chances we will get that request? If we requested a corner room and a daybed is that asking too much? We are paying for a Garden room. Does YC upgrade rooms to a better view often?

I'll add you to the Be Our Guest list we keep on Page 1.



I could be wrong but I don't think your family would have priority for a daybed since you are only considered to be a family of 4 based on the ages of the 2 youngest.

You are not requesting two much, but make sure the request that is more important to you is listed first.

"Corner room please. Daybed if possible"

You can also request a rollaway cot, free of charge based on availability. If you have a room with a daybed, I'm not sure if rooms with a daybed will fit a rollaway cot. Some may, some may not.

I'm not sure who is going to be there in the next couple of weeks, but I have a dinner reservation at Be Our Guest on March 19 at 7:20 for 4 people that I am about to cancel (got the lunch FastPass). I would be happy to wait a bit and coordinate my "cancelling" if anyone wants to try and grab it.....just PM me! I posted it on the other cancellation thread, but dibs to my pals on this board

We are checking in to the BC on March 18 for just two nights....my daughter is heading to Orlando for a college sports tournament at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, so we are staying offsite with the team for 5 days then hubby and I are sneaking off to the BC for some couple time...we spent our honeymoon at Disney almost 25 years ago, making this our little anniversary escape.

Can't swing Club level this trip, hoping my husband won't have too many withdrawals from the CL lounge house made chips and pepper dip!

One more thing about the hotel airline check in - you must get your bags down to them at least three hours before flight time, or they won't take them.
